About the PRM3500 Crewneck Sweatshirt (Premium Option):
Our premium crewneck sweatshirt is crafted from Independent Trading Co.’s pigment-dyed fleece, giving each piece a soft, vintage wash and boutique finish. It’s thicker, heavier, and noticeably more elevated than standard sweatshirts, with a cozy feel that gets better with time. This is the most premium piece in the lineup.

A $10 optional cross add-on is available on the shoulder or sleeve for a personalized touch.

• All items are made to order — please allow 7–10 business days for production.
• Shipping times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment.
• Because each item is custom-made, all sales are final. No cancellations, returns, or exchanges once your order is placed.
• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours with photos so I can make it right.

EMBROIDERY DETAILS

• Each design is stitched using high-quality Madeira thread for long-lasting color and durability.
• Embroidery placement and stitch density are carefully measured, but slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of each item.
• Thread colors shown in listings are the exact approved thread options for my shop — tone-on-tone and high-contrast options vary by product.
• Shirt and sweatshirt colors are curated from my approved blank list (Gildan 18000, Comfort Colors 1717 + 6014, and Independent Trading options where applicable).

GARMENT DETAILS

• Comfort Colors garments are garment-dyed, creating a soft, vintage-washed finish — slight color variations are normal and part of the garment’s character.
• Gildan 18000 sweatshirts offer a classic fit with a soft interior and durable weight.
• All garments are unisex sizing unless stated otherwise; check the size chart before ordering.
• For pocket designs and monograms, the Comfort Colors 6030 short sleeve pocket tee is used.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• Machine wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle.
• Hang to dry for best results (or tumble dry low).
